Shipping Policy

Upon placing an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders that are received by 2pm EST M-F business days the same day (excludes holidays). This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times and may delay your order 2-3 business days from being shipped. If the order is on back order, you will be contacted by a customer service representative. If your item is no longer available for any reason, an immediate refund will be given.

We try to ship orders within 24-48 hours once the order has been processed through USPS (not including weekends). Depending upon the location of your shipment we will utilize USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once product is received a refund will be issued. Please note, we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders.
